Players take turns spinning the spinner to reveal a number. Players then all take the same amount of leaves as the number shown on the spinner. They turn over the leaves to reveal different bugs. Count up the bugs to reveal the winner of the round and select a piece of the bug to build. The winner is the first player to complete their bug.

Each player selects a pick colour which will be the colour of their numbered dinosaur pieces. Players then take it in turns to hook a dinosaur bone out of the playing board.
